As Mr. Rogers said, in times of crisis, look for the helpers. Here are some charities and links to organizations that are helping those in need

ACTIVISM

• Political Activism - A group of meditators and yogis are beginning to gather to support each other to work on registration and turnout in swing states and local races for 2020. The initial organizing meeting will be tonight, 3/16 6pm ET via Zoom (future meetings / same time on Mondays) Sign up here.

• Hebrew Free Loan Society - from a friend of mine who writes "a dear friend from college is the executive director. It's also a great resource to pass on to anyone you know who needs help. It's rooted in Jewish community and values but serves everyone in the NYC area. Zero interest loans, only 1 guarantor needed for covid related emergencies, and they act fast.
